MEMS scan projection display
MEMS laser scan projection display can be used in applications like AR/MR display, HUD/LiDAR, Pico projector & 3D camera.
For example, With fiber coupled RGB lasers and a 2D MEMS mirror, designer can separate the near eye display from the bulky electronics and battery for a compact and lightweight AR HMD.
ADR offers a 1D scanning mirror, based on resonant operation and 2D scanning mirror, based on raster. Additionally the chipset includes MEMS position sensor & Scan display controller. The 1D MEMS mirror operates with optical scanning angle as large as 86 degree and resonant frequencies from 500Hz to several kilohertz.
