HIGH-POWER TOGGLE
This series of high-power toggle switches is specifically designed for harsh environments. A sealing washer can be added, to ensure front panel sealing. The switch incorporates an internal rubber sealing, ensuring full protection of the enclosure against both dust and liquids.
Protection level is IP-68.
the locking lever is large and robust, designed for easy operation even when wearing gloves. The lever comes in either black or silver, with an optional black short lever that does not include a locking feature. Available options include SPDT, DPDT, 3PDT, and 4PDT, and the electrical functions cover a wide range, including the ON-ON-ON function. The locking mechanism is tailored to each electrical function, with some functions offering multiple locking options.
Terminal styles are screws, quick-connect & solder-lug.
The switch has a minimum mechanical lifecycle of 100,000 cycles.
The switch is rated for 12A at 28VDC. It operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C,
with a specialized part number available for a temperature range of -40°C to +85 °C.
